Bookings
If you wish to book please provide a nonrefundable $200.00 deposit or the full amount if less than $200.00. You can email, fax, phone through credit card numbers. Please also include your address and a Trust Account receipt will be posted by return mail. If you wish to post a cheque or money order it must be at least 3 weeks prior to the booking. Balance of rental money is due 7 days before arrival.
Refunds - Cancellation
If you cancel more than 4 weeks prior to arrival then your deposit is refunded less credit card and administration costs. If you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, deposits are not refunded. If you have paid the full amount and you cancel more than 7 days before arrival then your money is refunded in full less the deposit.
If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival we only refund (less the deposit) if we can find someone else to take the booking at the same rate. If the unit is re-let at a standby rate then a pro-rata refund will be made. The units are not serviced apartments. We provide clean linen and towels weekly and your unit can be serviced at a charge of $35.00 if you wish.
